Located in centric and convenient area of San Juan, Puerto Rico, our 63,000-square-foot facility is constructed with reinforced concrete to meet the highest standards of durability, safety, and functionality. Our job is to understand our Tenant/Customer businesses to assure we provide adequate facilities and the value to their evolving business needs..
Our Facility provides a seamless integration of Warehousing options on our 42,000 sq. ft. and top-notch Offices in our 21,000 sq. ft. annexed building creating an ideal environment for companies operating across various industries such as Healthcare, Medical Devices, Consumer Electronics, and Logistics. Our facility is a designated Free Trade Zone providing our tenant customers with opportunities for tax savings on their inventory value as well as import duties and fees.
